Mango Lime Chutney

A good condiment to serve with chicken, pork, beef and fish. Also good mixed into cooked rice.
Makes approx. 1 1/2 cups
1 mango, ripe, chopped
1T local honey or maple syrup (see Food List)
Zest and juice of 1 lime
about 2T red onion, chopped
about 2T red pepper, chopped
about ½ fresh jalapeño, minced
season with salt (see Food List)
Also good with pineapple substituted for the mango.
