BREAKFAST SAUSAGE

dairy free, potato free, grain free, sugar free
yield approx. 12 patties
1 pound ground pork
1t salt (see Food List)
1t ground sage*
1t ground oregano*
1/2T local honey
1/4t minced fresh jalapeño
*I dry my own herbs so I know there is no potato. If using fresh, increase volume to 2-3t.
Gently combine pork with seasonings. Form into patties. Cook in skillet over medium heat until the juices run clear.
They freeze nicely. I separate patties with wax paper.
