Transform Your Health
My work as both a homeopath and naturopath relies on nature's power to release the individual healing intelligence. In collaboration with you and your family, I guide you through an individualized program to awaken your potential for greater health and genuine living.
December 10, 2021
It is with mixed emotions that I am informing you that I will be retiring from my wellness counseling practice by the end of this year (12/31/2021).
Those of you who have been working with me lately are already aware of this, while those of you I have not seen recently may not be aware of my retirement. This letter is particularly for your information.
It has been a privilege to work with each of you; I am grateful to have been a part of your individual and unique journey towards greater health and well being.
My colleague, Dr. Joanna Matras-Godziejewicz, ND, PhD will be taking over my practice and will be available and happy to continue providing medical care for you. Dr. Matras is a Naturopathic Doctor and Neuroscientist and is trained in Homeopathy and the Carroll Food Intolerance Method and has access to food lists. I am confident that she will provide you excellent care.
Dr. Matras is offering 15 min new patient consultations if you would like to meet her and see if she is a good fit. She will be available to take new telehealth patients starting December 1, 2021 and in-person or telehealth starting January 2022. You can reach her at firstname.lastname@example.org until the end of the year to schedule appointments. Starting January 2022, you can reach her at the above email or call the office receptionist at the Lombard office (400 E. 22nd St., Suite F) to schedule your telehealth or in-person appointments ((630)792-9311).
Dr. Matras will have access to your medical records in order to assist you in a smooth transition with your healthcare. If you chose a doctor other than Dr. Matras for your continued care, let her know and request transfer of your records.
Thank you for the opportunity to act as your health consultant. I wish you all the best in your ongoing journey towards greater health.
